The maximum dimensions of the poster are A0 size (84.1 x 118.9 cm) in portrait. There is no specific template for the distribution of elements within the poster, the format being free.
Posters will be placed at the beginning of the conference and removed at the end of the conference.
The 5CIAB will award a prize for each poster session based on the degree of innovation, clarity of presentation and relevance of the topic.
As an additional service, outside the 5CIAB organisation, there is the possibility to print and place the poster on site, in order to avoid having to transport it by the authors. The order will be formalised with payment by bank transfer of 20€ per poster to the following account: ES 41 3067 0068 9531 6512 2825 indicating the poster number according to the attached agenda and the code assigned to the work. If you need an invoice, please send in the e-mail the data that should appear on the invoice.
The deadline for receipt of pdf files for printing is Tuesday 17 September.
Please, be aware that 5-CIAB organisers will not attend any question regarding this external service.
